At CONTRAPUNCT, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

- Shipping Provider: All orders are shipped via DHL Express for reliable and secure delivery. DHL Express is available worldwide with few exceptions.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. The shipment period begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency.
- Once the shipment is sent, the user will be notified by email containing the tracking number of the shipment.
- Keep into consideration that some countries may limit the delivery of certain elements. CONTRAPUNCT isn't responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Recipients of shipments outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
- CONTRAPUNCT has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- In case that the shipment hasn't been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.
- Free Shipping: CONTRAPUNCT offers free DHL Express shipping on all orders over €65.
- Orders Under €65: A shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- No stains, damages, or alterations
- No strong odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
- All original tags attached and in original packaging
- Contact Us - Email us at info@contrapunct.com and provide us with information which item/s you would like to return.
- Follow the instructions in the email from us regarding how and where to return your item.
- Send Your Item - kindly arrange your parcel courier pickup online at https:// dhl.com or leave the return package in the nearest DHL drop-off service point. Pack the return items only in DHL Express flyer bags - such bags can be provided by DHL representative courier or at your local DHL drop-off service point.
- Return Shipping - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Processing & Refund - Once received, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and approve your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Need a different size or color? No problem! Simply request an exchange at info@contrapunct.com, and we'll send out your new item once we receive your return.
